Yes, at the point of purchase, customers have to opt-in to facilitate the disposal of unwanted regulated consumer products under our complimentary “Takeback Service”. The collection is at the time of delivery to residential addresses. Hence, our delivery agent will not be collecting back the eWaste while delivering your order from your office.

 

We only facilitate the disposal of another regulated consumer product of the same category or type as the regulated consumer product delivered at no cost to the customer. However, the product collected for disposal does not have to be the same product model. Refer here for types of eWaste not accepted.
