Returns and refunds for these *products are not allowed:

  • All products with a broken seal or opened packaging
  • Products that are shown to be in working condition
  • Products with cosmetic defects, accidental damage or damage arising from misuse
  • Any software or digital downloads due to copyright infringement
  • Beats products
  • Desktop PC, Notebooks, Tablets, DJI products, GoPro Action Cameras, Gaming Consoles, Playstation Accessories, Nacon Revolution Unlimited Pro Controller, Printers and Supplies (Please visit the brand's service centre for assistance) 
  • Extended warranty services such as Starshield, Samsung Concierge, AppleCare, AppleCare+ and any OTS-HAT technical installation services
  • Microsoft products: Office, PC accessories and Surface accessories 
  • Products such as media discs (CD-R, DVD-R etc.), printing paper, ribbon tapes and ink/toner cartridges that has been opened or whose seal has been broken 

We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind reasons once the transaction is successful.

If the returnable period has lapsed, customers can proceed to contact the brand's service centre directly for any repair or warranty claims, if applicable. Customers are encouraged to contact the Service Centres first before visiting and bring along the original purchasing receipt/ invoice with the faulty product during your visit.
