With effect from 1 November 2017, all ValueClub rebates converted from Hachi will expire on 31 December 2019.

With effect from 1 April 2018, all rebates earned will enjoy an expiry period of 1 year from the date of issuance. 

You may check your rebate with the following steps:

1.    Log in to your ACCOUNT.

2.    Under PERSONAL PROFILE > MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

3.    You may refer to the chart for your rebates information including the expiry date. 

4.    Unused rebate will be forfeited upon your membership expiry.
