You may also shop online on Hachi.tech to have your tech needs delivered conveniently to your doorstep.
In-store collection for Hachi transactions will only be available at Challenger Bugis Junction (Flagship Store) until further notice.
We will send you an email confirming your order is ready for collection at your chosen Challenger store. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within 48 hours.
You can also check your order status on the ACCOUNT page.
1. Go to ACCOUNT > TRANSACTIONS > PERSONAL TRANSACTION HISTORY
2. You can view your order status under Track My Order by selecting Click Here on the desired order no. that you wish to
view.If it shows Ready for Collection under Order Status, you may proceed to the chosen store to collect within 14 days.
The order confirmation email does not serve as a notice to collect your order and you will be duly rejected if you do so.
You may appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf if you are unable to collect in person.
