Please proceed to collect after you have received Your order is now ready for Self Collection email. The order confirmation email does not serve as a notification for you to collect your order.

Self collection may be delayed during major campaigns and festive seasons.

Alternatively, you may also refer to your order status in your purchase history to track if your order is ready for collection. If your order status states Ready for collection, you may proceed to collect your order. 

If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf.
