In the unlikely event when you have received a damaged/ incorrect item, you will need to file a RMA within 7 days. 

If you have received your order with missing items, please check for any evidence of tampered seal and take a picture of the parcel and file a RMA immediately.

Under these circumstances, take a picture of the delivered item in its original state and do not attempt to unseal the parcel any further. Please retain it for our retrieval and do not dispose of any parts of the parcel. 

We will not be held liable for orders with missing/ defective items with no packaging and not informed within the stipulated period.
