1.    Go to ACCOUNTTRANSACTIONS > PERSONAL TRANSACTION HISTORY


2.  Refer to your order status under "Track My Order".

3.  For self collection item, your order status will first show as "In Progress" before changing into "Ready for Self Collection"


  4.  Once the item is collected, the order status will be shown as "Order Collected".


Self collection may take a longer time to process during campaigns and festive season. If your order is not ready for self collection within the expected period, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
