3.  If your order consists of a self collection item, your order status will show if it is ready for collection. 

4.  For standard shipping, please click onto the tracking hyperlink if it is provided. 

     If there is no tracking link, your order is still processing.

Orders will be shipped according to availability. Multiple transactions made within the same day or invoice may not necessarily be delivered together.

Delivery/ self collection may take a longer time to reach you during campaigns and festive season. If your order has not arrived within the expected period, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
