Express Shipping FAQs

Get your order within 4 hours with Express Shipping! Available for eligible products on Mondays - Fridays between 10am to 3pm, excluding Public Holidays and festive season.

Products that are not eligible for express shipping will be fulfiled separately, subjecting to its respective fulfilment conditions.

  • An email notification with the tracking ID will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • All orders are delivered by our delivery agent, and delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. 
  • Orders will be shipped according to availability. Multiple transactions and items in the same invoice made within the same day may not be delivered on the same day.
  • We will not be held liable for any missing parcels signed for and delivered to non-residential addresses e.g. Front Desk/Mail Room/Reception Area and in the event when the wrong/inaccurate address was provided. 
  • All goods purchased from can only be delivered to addresses within Singapore main island. We are unable to deliver to Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, Fishery Ports and etc. We do not deliver outside Singapore or to post office boxes.
