What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, our delivery agent will try to re-deliver to you at another time.

After 2 failed delivery attempts, your order will be transferred to Bugis Junction (Flagship store) for self collection. You may provide a soft copy of your order confirmation email and NRIC/FIN/Passport for verification purposes*. 

Orders not collected within 14 days will be disposed of. 

If you wish for another delivery, there will be an additional delivery charge incurred.

*NRIC/FIN/Passport will only be used to verify your name and photo as part of the security process for self collection
