If you are not available at the time of your delivery attempt, our delivery agent will try to re-deliver to you at another time.
Please contact the delivery agent via the SMS notification directly to amend the delivery window for your re-delivery.
After 2 failed delivery attempts, your order will be transferred to Bugis Junction (Flagship store) for self collection. You may provide a soft copy of your order confirmation email and NRIC/FIN/Passport for verification purposes.
Orders not collected within 14 days will be disposed of.
If you wish for another delivery, there will be additional delivery charge incurred.
