Orders are consolidated from Challenger outlets or directly from our vendors to our sorting hub. Items are carefully inspected before dispatching to our delivery agents.

  • An email notification with the tracking ID and SMS notification will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
  • All orders are delivered by our delivery agent, and delivery is only available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays. 
  • Orders will be shipped according to availability. Multiple transactions and items in the same invoice made within the same day may not be delivered on the same day.
  • For products fulfilled by external vendors, delivery time may take up to 10 working days and varies respectively. Please refer to the individual product listing for more shipping information.
  • We will not be held liable for any missing parcels signed for and delivered to non-residential addresses e.g. Front Desk/Mail Room/Reception Area and in the event when the wrong/inaccurate address was provided. 
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts, orders will be transferred to Bugis Junction (Flagship store) where you may self collect thereafter within 14 days. 
  • All goods purchased from Hachi.tech can only be delivered to addresses within Singapore main island. We are unable to deliver to Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, Fishery Ports and etc. We do not deliver outside Singapore or to post office boxes.

*Delivery time excludes Public Holidays | Working days are defined from Mon - Fri | HQ @ Ubi Self Collection will only be processed and available from Mon - Fri | Delivery/self collection may take a longer time to reach you during campaigns and festive season
