To request or apply for a refund/exchange, customers must first submit an Online Returns Form within 7 days of Self Collection or Delivery. Our Customer Care Support will get in touch with you thereafter.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received your item(s) via drop off at selected Challenger stores or picked up by our delivery agents. Request for refunds is at the discretion of the management. Please allow up to 10 days to process your request if a refund is approved.

For Shop In Store purchases (purchases made in Challenger stores through Hachi.tech)
Customers have to go back to the original store they made the purchase from to return the product(s) and get a refund.
