We will send you an email confirming your order is ready for collection at your chosen Challenger store. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it within 48 hours.
You can also check your order status on the Account page.
(1) Please click ACCOUNT > TRANSACTIONS > PERSONAL TRANSACTION HISTORY
(2) Click onto "Track My Order" to check on the order status.
If it says "Ready for Collection", please proceed to the chosen store to collect within 14 days.
Do note that the Order confirmation email does not serve as a notice to collect your order and you will be duly rejected if you do so.
If you are unable to collect, you may appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf.
