To request or apply for a refund/exchange, customers have to return to the store of origin from where they have made the purchased. The refund must be processed using the same credit card and terminal/cashier point that was used during the purchase. 


If your refund is approved, you will get your refund back based on your original mode of payment (rules apply) or via eCredits. Refund will only be processed once we have received your item(s) via drop off at selected Challenger stores or picked up by our delivery agents.

In the event of a refund, the refund amount will first include the rebates redeemed in the transaction, followed by the remaining cash amount paid for the respective product(s) refunded. Delivery and membership charges paid are non-refundable. In the event where your order is unable to be fulfiled, reserves the right to refund the price of the goods purchased.

Products fulfiled by Hachi Hong Kong must prove to be faulty for a refund request. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind reasons once the transaction is successful. Approval for refund is at the discretion of the management.
