What is the Returns policy?

To request or apply for a refund/exchange, customers must first submit an Online Returns Form within 7 days from date of Self collection or Delivery. Our Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you thereafter.

To request or apply for a refund/exchange, customers have to go back to the store they made the purchase from. The refund must be processed using the same Credit Card and terminal used in the purchase. 


If your refund is approved, you will get your refund back based on your original mode of payment (rules apply) or in eCredits. 
Refunds will only be processed once we have received your item(s) via drop off at selected Challenger stores or picked up by our delivery agents.

In the event of a refund, the refund amount will first include the rebates redeemed in the transaction, followed by the remaining cash amount paid for the respective product(s) refunded. Delivery and membership charges paid are non-refundable. In the event where you order is unable to be fulfilled, reserves the right to refund the price of the Goods purchased.

Please note that Products fulfilled by Hachi HK must be proved to be faulty for refund request. 
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind purchases once transaction is successful.
Request for refunds is at the discretion of the management.
