What should I do if my order has not arrived yet?

You can track your order on your ACCOUNT page.

For Self Collection, if you have not receive an email notifying you your order is ready to be collected within the expected period, do check your junk/spam folders as the email might have routed there. 

For Delivery, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been dispatched.

Please note that for purchases made during major campaigns and festive seasons, delivery may take a longer time to reach you.
