What should I do if my order has yet to arrive?

You can track your order on your ACCOUNT page.

For delivery*, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been dispatched.

For self collection, if you have not received an email notifying you your order is ready to be collected within the expected period, do check your junk/spam folders as the email might have been routed there. 

Delivery/self collection may take a longer time to reach you during campaigns and festive season.
