I've received a faulty/incorrect or missing item, what should I do?

In the unlikely event when you have received a damaged/incorrect item, please file an RMA with us within 7 days. 

If you have received your order with missing items, please check for any evidence of tampered seal and take a picture of the parcel and file an RMA with us immediately.

Under these circumstances, please take a picture of the said issue of the delivered item in its original state and do not attempt to unseal the parcel any further. 
Please retain it for our retrieval; do not dispose of any parts of the parcel. 

We will not be held liable for orders with missing/defective items with no packaging and not informed within the stipulated period.
