I've received a faulty or incorrect item, what should I do?

In the unlikely event when you have received a damaged/incorrect item, please take a picture of the said issue of the delivered parcel.

If you have received your order with missing items,  please check for any evidence of tampered seal and take a picture of it.

Please contact us within 48 hours and do not dispose the parcel and retain it for our retrieval. 

For such orders with missing/defective items not informed within 48 hours, will not be held liable.
