Refund via Credit Card (For non-eWallet purchases more than S$150 only):
As time is required by the respective banks to clear and officially approve the refund. Please allow a buffer of 10 days before the refund is formally reflected on your statement.
Refund via Cheque (For non-eWallet purchases more than S$150 only):
Cheque refund will be processed for purchases made via NETS QR, NETSPay, DBS PayLah!, UOB Mighty or OCBC Pay Anyone. Please allow a buffer of 20 days before the cheque reaches your mailing address.
Refund via eCredits (For purchases less than S$150 or involving multiple payment modes or eWallet purchases):
Refund will be credited and reflected in your account within 5 working days after the return has been approved.

Refund via Instalment Plan:
In the event of an Instalment Plan refund, the respective banks may charge an early settlement fee and you are advised to contact your bank for more information.
Refund will only be processed once we have received your item(s) via drop off at selected Challenger stores or picked up by our delivery agents.
