Returns and refunds are not allowed under the following conditions:
- Any software or digital downloads due to copyright infringement.
- Products such as media discs (CD-R, DVD-R, etc.), printing paper, ribbon tapes and ink/toner cartridges that have been opened or whose seal has been broken are not eligible for return or refund.
- Original Apple products and Beats Headphones.
- Microsoft products: Office, Xbox Accessories, PC Accessories and Surface Accessories.
- Desktop PC, notebooks, tablets and other products. For these products, please visit the brand's service center for assistance.
- Other products with broken seal or opened packaging are not eligible for a refund/exchange should they be proved to be in working condition.
- Extended warranty services such as Starshield, Samsung Concierge, AppleCare and technical installation services.

Products fulfilled by Hachi HK must be proved to be faulty for refund request.
