- Microsoft products: Office, Xbox Accessories, PC Accessories and Surface Accessories.
- Desktop PC, Notebooks, Tablets (Please visit the brand's service centre for assistance)
- All products with a broken seal or opened packaging
- Products that have shown to be in working condition
- Extended warranty services such as Starshield, Samsung Concierge, AppleCare and OTS-HAT technical installation services

Products fulfiled by Hachi Hong Kong must prove to be faulty for a refund request.
