Which items are not eligible under the 7 days returns policy?

Refund/exchange for these products* are not allowed:

- All products with a broken seal or opened packaging
- Any software or digital downloads due to copyright infringement 
- Beats products 
- Desktop PC, Notebooks, Tablets, DJI products, Fuji Xerox Printers and Supplies (Please visit the brand's service centre for assistance) 
- Extended warranty services such as Starshield, Samsung Concierge, AppleCare and OTS-HAT technical installation services 
- Microsoft products: Office, XBox accessories, PC accessories and Surface accessories 
- Products such as media discs (CD-R, DVD-R etc.), printing paper, ribbon tapes and ink/toner cartridges that has been opened or whose seal has been broken 
- Products that are shown to be in working condition

We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind reasons once the transaction is successful.
