Please only proceed to collect after you have received the "self collection is ready" email. The order confirmation email does not serve as a notification for self collection.
Please note that during major campaigns and festive seasons, self collection may be delayed.
Alternatively, you may also refer to your order status in Purchase history to track if your order is ready for collection. If your order status states "Ready for collection", you may proceed to collect.
If you are unable to collect your order personally, you may appoint a proxy to collect on your behalf.
